Our team monitors the weather where your package is being delivered to ensure that your OMNIYA chocolate arrives in perfect condition.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy Now In Effect
To keep transit time to a minimum during high temperatures, "Standard Shipping" is currently unavailable to the states listed below. To ensure the highest quality of your products upon arrival, expedited shipping will be applied to all orders to these states. During checkout, customers requesting delivery to these states will be required to select "2nd Day," "Next Day," or "Saturday Overnight" shipping. Customers in these states are not currently eligible for any Free Standard Shipping Offers. Customers in these states will be able to select Standard Shipping, and will once again be eligible for Free Standard Shipping Offers, during the fall at a time to be determined by Omniya.

General Information
We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Second Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Omniya is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. For example, if an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday before 1 PM EST, the order will arrive the following day, which is Tuesday. If an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday after 1 PM EST, the order will arrive the following business day, which is Wednesday.
This website currently ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Next Day Priority, and include a $20.00 surcharge to the Standard Delivery fee. Saturday delivery to these locations is not available. Please allow up to 7-business days for these shipments. Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via Standard Shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days.
For delivery to Canada, China, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, or Turkey, please visit the respective country’s websites.
Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-7 business days. You may select a future arrival date up to 3 months in the future. With this option you may select a date range only, and your order will arrive any day of the weekly range selected: Tuesday-Friday.
- 2nd Day: If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 2 business days. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. NOTE: Orders placed after 1pm EST on Wednesday may ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday.
- Next Day: If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday. NOTE: Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship over the weekends for arrival on Mondays.
- Saturday Delivery – we are pleased to offer guaranteed Saturday delivery in most areas. Orders must be received by 1 PM EST on Friday in order to arrive the following Saturday.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Shipping Cost
Your shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.
To ensure freshness, all Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries must be shipped using the Next Day or Saturday Overnight Delivery shipping methods. Daily order cut off is 1PM EST for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. To ensure freshness, we cannot deliver on Sunday and Monday. Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries cannot be shipped to AK, HI, PO Box, FPO, APO & designated zip codes that do not accept Next Day, or Saturday Overnight deliveries.
